Could Kevin Vogt be heading to Werder Bremen?

Werder Bremen are said to be interested in Hoffenheim's Kevin Vogt.
Hoffenheim's Kevin Vogt is being linked with a move to Werder Bremen in the winter transfer window.

Vogt is considered likely to leave Hoffenheim in January following his decision to resign as captain which was announced on Sunday.

"The relationship of trust between the head coach and me, which is necessary and important for this task, has been disturbed. I see the decisions and statements made to me as incomprehensible," Vogt told Kicker about his decision.

According to Deichstube, Vogt's name has been brought up at Werder Bremen who are looking for reinforcements in January after an underwhelming first half of the season.

Vogt, 28, hasn't played in Hoffenheim's last four games. His contract runs until 2022.
