Report: Dortmund ready to almost double Haaland's salary

Sport Bild reports that Borussia Dortmund are prepared to offer Erling Haaland a significant salary increase in an attempt to keep him for another season.
Borussia Dortmund are reportedly trying to convince Erling Haaland to stay until 2023 by offering him a huge salary increase.



According to Sport Bild, 'Die Schwarzgelben' are ready to raise the star striker's annual salary from €8 million to €15 million if he stays for another season.

Haaland's contract expires in 2024, but he has a €75 million release clause that could be activated next summer. With various bonuses, it could rise to €90 million.

Having found the net 68 times in 67 games for Dortmund, the Norwegian goal machine has been linked with top clubs all over Europe.
