Hazard and Guerreiro also return to BVB carrying injuries

In addition to Youssoufa Moukoko, two more BVB internationals are headed back to North Rhine Westphalia early from international duty.
Two Dortmund players with plenty of recent injury history have left their respective national teams and are returning to the BVB early. The Portuguese national football federation confirmed that fullback Raphaël Guerreiro returned to Dortmund on Thursday afternoon after complaining of "discomfort". Earlier in the day, Belgian's FA announced that Thorgan Hazard did not travel with the team to Italy and would report back to his club.

Both players have had their fair share of injury woes in both the previous campaign and the current campaign. As of yet, there is no further information on the nature and extent of the injuries. German footballing magazine Kicker can only confirm that Hazard, Guerreiro, and Germany U21 talent Youssoufa Moukoko will undergo further evaluations in NRW.
