There has been much speculation over Leon Bailey's international future, but it now seems the Bayer Leverkusen star will put an end to it. According to Kicker, the 21-year-old has been called up by Jamaica and has accepted the invitiation.
Jamaica will face Bonaire in the CONCACAF Nations League on Monday, and if Bailey makes an appearance there, he will tie himself to the Jamaican national team.
The possibility that Bailey could play for England or even Germany has been brought up in the past even though he only appears to be eligible to play for Jamaica where he was born.
Bailey has English grandparents, but they weren't born in England which makes it impossible for the winger to represent the Three Lions.
