RB Leipzig duo passed fit to face Freiburg
RB Leipzig coach Jesse Marsch has allayed injury fears over Nordi Mukiele and Christopher Nkunku.
RB Leipzig's Nordi Mukiele and Christopher Nkunku have been passed fit to face Freiburg in the Bundesliga on Saturday.
The duo picked up knocks in training yesterday, but Leipzig coach Jesse Marsch says they will both be ready to feature this weekend.
"Both were in practice today and are ready for Saturday," Marsch confirmed at the pre-match press conference.
Marsch also revealed that Dani Olmo is making good progress in his recovery from a muscle injury.
Marcel Halstenberg, on the other hand, will remain sidelined for the weeks to come as he is set to undergo a minor knee procedure.
"It will certainly take two weeks before he can train individually," said Marsch.
