Leverkusen boss knows Florian Wirtz will join a 'top 5 club' eventually

Gerardo Seoane is certain that Florian Wirtz will make the switch to one of Europe's biggest clubs at some point in the future.
Bayer Leverkusen coach Gerardo Seoane is aware that Florian Wirtz will not spend the rest of his career at BayArena.

The highly-rated youngster has attracted interest from Europe's biggest clubs, and Seoane is certain he will join one of them at some point.

"We are all aware that the next step to one of the top 5 clubs will come at some point," said Seoane in an interview with DAZN.

"He still needs a little time. He's in the right place now and can develop well here because he's well accompanied and supported.

Seoane went on to say that Wirtz is 'definitely' the most talented player he's ever coached.

"Especially because it's taken him very little time to go from a youngster to a leader on the pitch. His efficiency, that he's directly involved in practically every second goal."
