Bayern München are in crisis, and the club's sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic is working behind the scenes to help the team bounce back.
According to Bild, Salihamidzic meets up with the team every day. On Sunday, he spoke in front of the team after training and urged the players to look back at how well it was going before the crisis.
Salihamidzic also often holds one-on-one talks with the players. However, reportedly, he is 'not taken seriously' by some of the star players who see him 'more as a buddy than as an authority'.
Meanwhile, the sporting director is also working on new signings and has sent out the club's scouts to look for potential reinforcements.
