Weghorst in line to return to Wolfsburg squad
Wout Weghorst is expected to return to Wolfsburg's squad for their clash with RB Salzburg.
Wolfsburg coach Florian Kohfeldt has provided an update on Wout Weghorst ahead of his side's Champions League clash with RB Salzburg tomorrow.
The Dutch forward has missed Wolfsburg's last three games after becoming infected with COVID-19.
He should be back in the squad tomorrow, but it's uncertain if he will make an appearance.
"Wout Weghorst is likely to be in the squad for the match against Salzburg, but whether he will be fit for action remains questionable," Kohfeldt told reporters.
Kohfeldt also revealed that Jerome Roussillon will be back in the squad for tomorrow's game.
"Otherwise, the personnel situation remains unchanged compared to the Leverkusen game," he said.
