Mainz defender faces long spell on the sidelines
Anderson Lucoqui is expected to be out for four to five weeks due to a knee injury.
Mainz will be without Anderson Lucoqui for several weeks after the defender suffered an MCL injury.
In a Twitter statement today, the Bundesliga side stated that the full-back is expected to miss four to five weeks of action.
Lucoqui made the switch to Mainz from Arminia Bielefeld on a free transfer ahead of this season.
He has since made eight appearances for Bo Svensson's side.
