Wirtz passed fit to face Bochum
Leverkusen coach Gerardo Seoane has confirmed that Florian Wirtz is ready to feature against Bochum.
Florian Wirtz has been passed fit to make his return from injury against VfL Bochum in the Bundesliga on Saturday, Bayer Leverkusen coach Gerardo Seoane has confirmed.
"'Flo' Wirtz has trained at a reduced level over the past few days. He has no more pain, so he could play," Seoane told reporters.
However, the game comes too soon for Lucas Alario, although the Argentine striker is making good progress in his recovery.
"With Lucas Alario, we see encouraging progress. When he will be ready to play depends on the upcoming week of training," said Seoane.
