Celtic and a number of clubs from England are keeping tabs on Union Berlin's Niko Gießelmann, according to a report from Sport Bild.
After a difficult first season in the German capital, the 30-year-old wing-back has emerged as a key player this season.
His contract expires next summer, meaning he is available on a free transfer at the end of the season as things stand.
Union would be reluctant to lose Gießelmann, but whether he wants to leave the club is unclear.
He has featured 21 times for the Bundesliga outfit this season, racking up three goals and four assists.
