Borussia Dortmund have targeted Sebastien Haller and Patrik Schick as potential replacements for Erling Haaland, according to Sport Bild.

Haaland has a release clause in his contract that would allow him to leave for a fee reported to be between €75-90 million at the end of the season, and although Dortmund remain hopeful the 21-year-old will stay, they want to be prepared to replace him.

Ajax's Sebastien Haller, who scored twice against Dortmund in the Champions League group stages, is said to be one of the main candidates.

Having found the net 20 times in 23 games this season, the former Eintracht Frankfurt striker would cost over €40 million, per Sport Bild.

Bayer Leverkusen forward Patrik Schick is another name on Dortmund's list, but he would be even more expensive, according to Sport Bild.

Even if Dortmund are willing to match Schick's price tag, the question is if Leverkusen would let the 25-year-old join a direct rival with several years left on his contract, which expires in 2025.
