Bayern München midfielder Marc Roca has insisted he is not interested in a transfer in January after featuring in each of the Bavarians' last four games before the winter break.

"When I had little prospects in October and November despite my hard training, I started to think about [leaving]," Roca said in an interview with Bild and added:

"I was so eager to play. But the way I ended this year, it's clear to me that I will stay. It would be a mistake to go now"

"You could say that I'm experiencing my best moment since I arrived at Bayern, football-wise, physically and mentally."

Bayern put €9 million on the table to land Roca from Espanyol in October 2020.
