Confirmed: Bayern youngster joins Dresden
Oliver Batista Meier has left Bayern München to sign for 2. Bundesliga club Dynamo Dresden.
Bayern München have confirmed that 20-year-old Oliver Batista Meier has left the club to join Dynamo Dresden.
The young winger has put pen to paper on a contract until 2025 with the 2. Bundesliga outfit.
"We would like to thank Oli for his achievements at FC Bayern. In Dresden, he can take the next step in his development. We wish him all the best," said Jochen Sauer, Head of the FC Bayern campus.
Batista Meier has featured 24 times for Bayern's reserves this season, racking up 12 goals and eight assists.
He has made just one appearance for Bayern's senior side.
