Kimmich voted Germany player of the year

Bayern München midfielder Joshua Kimmich has won the Germany player of the year award.
Joshua Kimmich has been named the Germany men's national team Player of the Year for 2021.

The Bayern München midfielder has won the honor after receiving 33,8 percent of the votes.

Chelsea's Kai Havertz (22,7 percent) came in second while Bayern winger Leroy Sané (13,6 percent) finished third.

Kimmich featured in 14 of Germany's 16 games in 2021, providing five assists.
