Tedesco gives update on Szoboszlai injury

Dominik Szoboszlai missed Leipzig's 2-0 win over Stuttgart due to a muscular thigh injury.
RB Leipzig coach Domenico Tedesco gave a brief injury update on Dominik Szoboszlai after Saturday's 2-0 win over Stuttgart.

Szoboszlai was named in the starting eleven, but was forced to pull out of the game after injuring himself while warming up.

Speaking after the game, Tedesco confirmed that the 21-year-old has sustained a muscular thigh injury.

Whether Szoboszlai will be available against Hansa Rostock in the DFB-Pokal this Wednesday is highly doubtful, with Leipzig-based media outlet RBLive estimating that the midfielder could be out for around three to four weeks.
