RB Leipzig allay injury fears over Szoboszlai
The injury that kept Dominik Szoboszlai out of RB Leipzig's 2-0 win over Stuttgart on Saturday is not a serious one, the club have confirmed.
RB Leipzig have allayed fears over Dominik Szoboszlai's muscle injury sustained ahead of Saturday's 2-0 win over VfB Stuttgart.
While initial reports suggested that the Hungarian midfielder could be out of action for several weeks, 'Die Roten Bullen' have now played down concerns over his injury.
"After Dominik Szoboszlai suffered a muscle injury during the warm up ahead of VfBRBL on Saturday, medical checks have today found no evidence of structural injury," said the club in a statement.
"A quick return to training is the aim."
Szoboszlai will, however, at least miss out on Wednesday's DFB-Pokal clash with Hansa Rostock.
