Eberl hints at Wolf departure amid Celtic and Rapid Vienna links
Gladbach sporting director Max Eberl has fueled speculation that Hannes Wolf could leave the club this month.
Borussia Mönchengladbach sporting director Max Eberl has hinted that Hannes Wolf could leave the club in the near future.
Asked about speculation linking Wolf with a move away from the club, Eberl said at a press conference today:
"Something might happen in the next few days. We'll see when the time comes."
Celtic and Rapid Vienna are said to be among the clubs interested in acquiring Wolf, who hasn't played since October.
In total, he has been limited to just eight appearances and 393 minutes of football this season.
