Reports: Frankfurt target Randal Kolo Muani set for medical

German footballing magazine Kicker reports that the Randal Kolo Muani saga may be reaching its definitive conclusion. The FC Nantes attacker is apparently due in Frankfurt before the end of the week for his medical.
Julian Franzke of Germany's preeminent footballing publication confirms a report appearing in Sport Bild regarding French striker Randal Kolo Muani's transfer to Eintracht Frankfurt. At last check, a deal to bring the 20-year-old attacking talent to Germany's commercial capital was said to be done.

There had been conflicting reports over the past few weeks suggesting that the striker's current club, FC Nantes, was preparing to file another Fair Play trade complaint against the German club for breaking negotiation rules.

The two German sources suggest that no such complaint has been filed. Franzke notes that the SGE will sign the prolific talent on a free transfer after the medical. The scorer of seven goals and register of three assists in the French league this season will then sign a contract effective July 1st, 2022.
