Eintracht Frankfurt have triggered the release clause in Kristijan Jakic's loan deal to sign him permanently from Dinamo Zagreb, according to Fussballtransfers.
Per the report, the Bundesliga outfit will pay €3.5 million to secure the defensive midfielder's services on a permanent basis until 2026.
Jakic, 24, has found the net once in 20 games for Frankfurt following his summer switch from Croatia.
He made his debut for the Croatian national team back in October and has a market value of €7.5 million, according to Transfermarkt.
