Report: Bayern line up Ginter as an alternative to Christensen and Rüdiger

Bild reports that Bayern München have contacted Matthias Ginter's representatives as the Gladbach defender is seen as an option to replace Niklas Süle.
Bayern München have targeted Gladbach's Matthias Ginter as an alternative to Chelsea duo Andreas Christensen and Antonio Rüdiger, according to Bild.

The German champions are looking to replace Niklas Süle, who will leave the club on a free transfer at the end of the season.

And should they fail to land either Christensen or Rüdiger, Ginter could be brought to Munich.

Per Bild, Bayern have been in contact with the management of the 28-year-old, who has announced that he will be leaving Gladbach as a free agent this summer.

Christensen and Rüdiger are also out of contract at the end of the season.
