Bayern youngster signs new deal and joins Köln on loan
Bayern München have extended Bright Arrey-Mbi's contract and sent him out on loan to FC Köln.
18-year-old Bayern München centre-back Bright Arrey-Mbi has penned a new contract until 2025 and will join FC Köln on an 18-month loan deal, the German champions have announced.
"Bright Arrey-Mbi is a young player with great potential. We are therefore delighted that we have been able to extend his contract until 2025," said Bayern board member for sport Hasan Salihamidzic.
"He should now gain playing experience in the Bundesliga at 1. FC Köln and develop further at the next level."
Arrey-Mbi is yet to make his senior debut for Bayern. He has appeared 34 times for the reserves.
