Report: Manchester United interested in Akanji
Borussia Dortmund defender Manuel Akanji has reportedly attracted interest from Manchester United.
Manchester United are keen on Borussia Dortmund centre-back Manuel Akanji, according to Sport1.
Dortmund would reportedly be willing to let Akanji go for a fee around €30 million following their capture of Niklas Süle on a free transfer from Bayern München.
Per Sport1's report, Manchester United are not the only club from England monitoring Akanji, who recently turned down a new contract with Dortmund.
With Akanji's current deal expiring in 2023, it's not unlikely that Dortmund will cash in on him in the summer.
