Real Madrid and Manchester City are reportedly leading the race to sign Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund.
Haaland have also held talks with Bayern and Barcelona, but multiple sources claim it's a "straight contest" between Real Madrid and Manchester City, according to The Athletic.
Haaland's deal expires in 2024, but the striker has a release clause that would allow him to leave for a fee reported to be between €75-90 million at the end of the season.
The Norwegian star striker has missed Dortmund's last six games due to persistent injury problems.
