Report: Ritsu Doan set for Freiburg medical
Freiburg are said to be close to bringing former Arminia Bielefeld loanee Ritsu Doan back to Germany.
Ritsu Doan will undergo a medical today ahead of his move from PSV to Freiburg, according to Voetbal International.
According to reports, the Breisgau side will pay €8.5 million including bonus payments to sign the Japanese winger.
Doan made a lasting impression during his one-year loan spell at Arminia Bielefeld in the 2020/21 season, racking up five goals and three assists in 35 games for the club.
He then returned to PSV and featured 37 times last season, scoring 10 goals and providing three assists.
