Neuhaus commits himself to Gladbach

Florian Neuhaus insists he's not thinking about leaving Gladbach at all.
A number of Gladbach players have been linked with moves away from the club this season, including the likes of Yann Sommer, Breel Embolo and Alassane Pléa.

Florian Neuhaus, on the other hand, will definitely stay at Borussia-Park beyond the summer.

"I feel very comfortable on the pitch at the moment and am really excited about the pre-season and the new season," Neuhaus said in an interview with Kicker.

"There are probably always some doors open in football, but currently that's not on my mind at all. I want to continue at Borussia in any case and see no reason at all why I should think about something else. I deliberately chose the contract term of 2024," added the midfielder, who is delighted with the appointment of Daniel Farke as new head coach.

"Our new playing style with a lot of possession will help me bring my strengths to the pitch," he said.
