Bayern boss reported to be heading to Italy for de Ligt talks

According to reports, Bayern chief Hasan Salihamidzic is set to travel to Italy to negotiate a transfer fee for Juventus defender Matthijs de Ligt.
Bayern München are apparently set to step up their interest in Juventus centre-back Matthijs de Ligt.



According to reports, Bayern board member for sport Hasan Salihamidzic is heading to Italy to discuss a possible transfer with Juventus sporting director Federico Cherubini.

Bayern are already said to have reached a verbal agreement with de Ligt, who has reportedly told Juventus he wants to join the German champions.

Juventus are hoping to recoup the €85.5 million they paid to sign de Ligt from Ajax, but Bayern want to drive the price down.
