Sky reports that Bayern's latest offer comes in well short of this mark. German tabloid Sport Bild had previously reported that the Bavarians had tendered a €20 million offer, though German footballing magazine Kicker denies that this took place. The tabloid has also claimed that the 25-year-old has already agreed personal terms with the FCB and is keen to move.
Head-coach Julian Nagelsmann, RB squad captain Marcel Sabitzer, and top defender Dayot Upamecano all moved from Leipzig to Bayern last offseason. Laimer is entering the final year of his contract, meaning that Mintzlaff could still be somewhat flexible in an effort not to lose the player on a free.
