Since the summer, VfB Stuttgart's Benjamin Pavard has been heavily linked with a move to Bayern München.
According to both Bild and Kicker, a deal that will take the French defender to the Allianz Arena for €35 million next summer is already in place.
And if Bayern indeed sign Pavard, they get a player that is surely good enough to play for the Bavarians, sats Stuttgart coach Markus Weinzierl.
"I know what they're aiming for, and I know the rumors. But if they want to know if 'Benji' could play for Bayern in the future: Yes, he would have the level," he told Sport Bild.
There is a €35 million release clause in Pavard's contract with Stuttgart that will become active in the summer of 2019.
The French international, 22, has made 70 appearances for Stuttgart since joining the club from Lille in August 2016.
