Stuttgart update: Sosa trains with team after all
VfB Stuttgart may have one less personnel problem to worry about as, surprisingly, Borna Sosa ended up training with the team on Thursday.
VfB Stuttgart released photos on its twitter profile showing Croatian wing-back Borna Sosa training alongside his fellow teammates. At a presser earlier in the day, VfB trainer Pellegrino Matarazzo listed the 24-year-old as a doubt with illness.
With so many personnel issues plaguing the squad as a host of players return from the international break, the Swabians will surely be breathing a sigh of relief at Sosa's return.
There exists zero possibility that the club would have allowed him to return to the training pitch had he been exhibiting any lingering symptoms of the cold he caught whilst on international duty.
