Rummenigge confirms Bayern are working on winter transfers

Bayern München could be active on the transfer market in January, says Karl-Heinz Rummenigge.
About a month ago, Bayern München president Uli Hoeness ruled out any winter transfers for the German champions.

However, it seems the situation has changed since then. Speaking ahead of Bayern's flight to Amsterdam on Tuesday, CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge confirmed that sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic is exploring the possibility of making any transfers in January.

"We'll see if we'll do anything in January. Possibly in advance of the summer transfer window," Rummenigge said according to Bild.

Bayern will face Ajax in the Champions League on Wednesday.
