Europa League knockout round draw: Leverkusen and Union learn their opponents
Bayer Leverkusen and Union Berlin have learned their Europa League knockout round play-off opponents.
Two German teams – Bayer Leverkusen and Union Berlin – have discovered their Europa League knockout round play-off opponents.
At today's draw in Nyon, the eight Europa League group runners-up were drawn against the eight third-ranked teams from the Champions League group stages.
Coming from the Champions League, Bayer Leverkusen will now play AS Monaco. Union, who finished second in the Europa League group, were drawn against Dutch champions Ajax.
