Fabrizio Romano:
Augsburg alive in race for Scottish right back
By Peter Weis @PeterVicey
Italian transfer guru Fabrizio Romano reports that FC Augsburg are among the clubs positioning themselves to acquire Scottish fullback Max Johnston on a free after the season.

The 19-year-old has scored one goal and chipped in five assists both for Motherwell and his current loan club in the Scottish Championship, Cove Rangers, during the current campaign. He's been capped six times and scored twice for his country at various youth levels. Augsburg are widely expected to make some sort of move at the right back position; for which they currently only have Robert Gumny as a natural player.
