The best German players abroad in the 2018/19 season so far

Kicker has ranked the best German players who are playing outside of Germany.

Every six months Kicker releases a ranking of the best players in the Bundesliga as well as the best German players abroad, dividing them into four categories: 'World Class', 'International Class', 'In the Wider Circle' and 'Field of Vision'.


Recently, the German sports magazine has named and ranked the best German players abroad (who are playing in England, Spain, Italy and France) in the second half of 2018.

According to Kicker, FC Barcelona's Marc-André ter Stegen has been the best goalkeeper while Manchester City winger Leroy Sané has been the best outfield player.
