Marvin Ducksch will remain at Werder Bremen beyond the summer, according to a Bild report.

The German tabloid claims that Ducksch's contract, which expires in the summer of 2024, is expected to be extended by two years.

Ducksch has been linked with Borussia Dortmund, Union Berlin and Saudi Arabian side Al-Wahda FC, among others.

The 29-year-old forward had a reported release clause of €7 million, but no club activated it before it expired on June 15.
