Jadon Sancho has had huge success in Germany since he joined Borussia Dortmund from Manchester City in 2017 - and he feels his journay has inspired other English youngsters to move abroad in the search for first team action.
However, he warns them that breaking through in the Bundesliga isn't a simple task.
"I feel like young players are looking to go away now, because they are seeing my success, but it's not easy," Sancho told Daily Mirror.
"People think that because I am doing so well [they will], but everyone's journey is different. Mine was just to come out here and to work on me.
"I couldn't speak for other young players, but they are probably giving it a thought now. I felt at the time I needed something different," the Dortmund star explained.
Reece Oxford (from West Ham to Augsburg, loan) and Emile Smith Rowe (from Arsenal to RB Leipzig, loan) both moved from England to Germany in January.
Meanwhile, Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi was pushing for a move to Bayern München, but 'The Blues' wanted to hold on to him.
