Sebastian Rudy didn't look too happy when he was taken off after just 33 minutes of Schalke 04's game against Bayern München on Saturday.
Schalke 04 sporting director Christian Heidel feels Rudy should have reacted more professionally to the substitution and challenges the 28-year-old to improve.
"The guy is not 18 years old. He's 28, a professional. This has also happened to others. That's just something he has to go through," Heidel told Funke Sport and added:
"He simply needs to play better football. I don't suppose Sebastian has too little passion. But he has to bring more power to his game. That's a bit easier in Munich with 60 percent possession. Sebastian has to change his playing style so it fits us."
Schalke lost Saturday's game 1-3. 'The Royal Blues' paid €16 million to sign Rudy from Bayern last summer.
