Gladbach boss downplays Ginter rumors

Matthias Ginter has been linked with Arsenal and Tottenham, but there have been no inquiries for the centre-back so far, Gladbach boss Max Eberl underlines.
Borussia Mönchengladbach boss Max Eberl says there have been no inquiries for Matthias Ginter from England.

According to Sky Sports, Arsenal and Tottenham are both interested in the centre-back, but Eberl claims none of them have asked about the German international yet.

"There are no offers for Ginter from England," Eberl told Sky and added:

"First of all, there must be an offer. For me, it will only be interesting if a player comes to me. Then I have to deal with it. There haven't been any inquiries for Ginter yet."

Ginter's contract with Gladbach runs until 2021.
