Gladbach's Neuhaus believes Bayern will beat Dortmund to the Bundesliga title
Borussia Mönchengladbach's Florian Neuhaus believes Bayern München will win the championship race against Borussia Dortmund.
Borussia Dortmund are currently five points clear of Bayern München at the top of the Bundesliga table, but Borussia Mönchengladbach midfielder Florian Neuhaus believes the Bavarians will come from behind to clinch their seventh league title in a row.
"Personally, I think Bayern are very dangerous for BVB. If I had to bet on the winner of the championship, I'd pick Bayern at the moment - with all due respect to Dortmund's great performances," Neuhaus told Kicker.
Gladbach are currently just three points behind Bayern and eight points behind Dortmund, but Neuhaus considers it unlikely that 'Die Fohlen' will be able to go past them both and win the Bundesliga.
"You have to be realistic. Dortmund and Bayern have been in that situation and played at the very top for years. They know what it feels like. It's a whole new experience for us, but we like it," the midfielder explained.
Neuhaus has made 23 appearances this season, scoring three goals and making nine assists.
