Ahmed Kutucu (Striker), Schalke 04 - 1.1M
After scoring 12 goals in 12 league appearances for Schalke's under-19 team this season, Kutucu has recently been given the chance in the first team. Last week, the 18-year-old even started against Bayern München, and he repaid Schalke coach Domenico Tedesco's faith by scoring his third goal in his sixth first team appearance. Priced at just 1.1 million and with three decent fixtures coming up - Freiburg (H), Mainz (A), Fortuna Düsseldorf (H) - Kutucu could be a bargain.
Ishak Belfodil (striker), Hoffenheim - 9.7M
The Algerian striker scored a brace after he was subbed on against Borussia Dortmund in last week's 3-3 draw, and he's expected to be in the line-up against struggling Hannover 96 this time around. "I expect Ishak Belfodil to play from the start on Saturday. It hasn't always been easy for him because of the rotation up top, but we've had a very good conversation, and he has had his best week of training so far," Hoffenheim coach Julian Nagelsmann said at a press conference yesterday. With that in mind, it may be worth taking a punt on the in-form striker. Other good options from Hoffenheim are Joelinton (striker, 5.7M), Dennis Geiger (midfielder, 7.3M) and Kerem Demirbay (midfielder, 13.3M). Joelinton picked up a knock earlier this week, but Nagelsmann has said the striker was back in training on Thursday.
Kai Havertz (midfielder), Bayer Leverkusen - 16.1M
Apart from a surprising cup defeat to FC Heidenheim, Bayer Leverkusen have been very impressive under Peter Bosz so far. 'Die Werkself' have won their last three Bundesliga games by 11-2 in total and have looked very exciting offensively. With a home game against Fortuna Düsseldorf coming up, it's definitely worth considering jumping on the Leverkusen bandwagon. Unfortunately, their offensive players are generally very expensive. The best option is probably Kai Havertz who is priced at 16.1 million. The youngster has played at a consistently high level this season and even seems to be the preferred penalty-taker under Bosz after scoring from the penalty spot against Wolfsburg three weeks ago. If you're looking for a cheaper option from Leverkusen, you could go with Karim Bellarabi (midfielder, 11M).
