Here is our Bundesliga team of the week for Matchday 28.
Bundesliga team of the week – Matchday 28 (3-1-3-3):

Goalkeeper: Ron-Robert Zieler, VfB Stuttgart (2)
Made som really important saves to salvage a draw against FC Nürnberg.

Right-back: Joshua Kimmich, Bayern München (5)
Was left exposed at the very beginning of Bayern's game against Dortmund, but then stepped up his game. Kept Jacob Bruun Larsen under total control, and Jadon Sancho got similar treatment after BVB switched wings. Additionally, Kimmich was very active and involved offensively - as always.

Centre-back: Mats Hummels, Bayern München (3)
The experienced centre-back gave Bayern the lead against Dortmund and generally didn't put a foot wrong.

Left-back: Jerome Roussillon, VfL Wolfsburg (7)
Once again proved how big an offensive threat he is as he scored in Wolfsburg's 3-1 win over Hannover 96.

Defensive midfielder: Javi Martinez, Bayern München (2)
Very dominant in midfield and scored a really well-taken goal in the 5-0 win over Dortmund.

Right midfielder: Benito Raman, Fortuna Düsseldorf (3)
Continued his excellent form by scoring both Fortuna Düsseldorf's goals in their 2-1 win over Hertha BSC. The winger has now scored three goals and made two assists in his last three Bundesliga games.

Offensive midfielder: Jean-Paul Boëtius, Mainz 05
Boëtius was everywhere in Mainz's crushing 5-0 win over Freiburg. Took full advantage of a mistake from Freiburg keeper Alexander Schwolow to give his side a 1-0 lead and later set up two goals.

Left midfielder: Filip Kostic, Eintracht Frankfurt (6)
The in-form winger was once again a huge threat on the left-hand side and provided the assist for Ante Rebic's opener.

Striker: Ishak Belfodil, Hoffenheim (3)
The Algerian striker is in red-hot form at the moment. This time around, he scored a hat-trick against Augsburg, meaning he has now netted five times in his last two Bundesliga appearances.

Striker: Robert Lewandowski, Bayern München (6)
Showed his old club no mercy as he grabbed two well-taken goals in Bayern's 5-0 win over Dortmund.

Striker: Jean-Philippe Mateta, Mainz 05
Proved his clinicality in front of goal as he bagged a hat-trick against Freiburg.
