No job guarantee for Niko Kovac
After Saturday's 0-0 draw with RB Leipzig, the Bayern München bosses didn't want to guarantee that Niko Kovac will remain Bayern München coach next season.

The Bavarians are two points clear of Borussia Dortmund at the top of the Bundesliga with the final matchday to be played next week. On May 25, they will lock horns with RB Leipzig in the DFB-Pokal final in Berlin.
And it seems Kovac's future at Bayern largely depends on the next few weeks, because neither club CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge nor sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic wanted to guarantee his job after Saturday's frustrating 0-0 draw with RB Leipzig.
"Basically, I have no problem at all with this coach. On the contrary, we have a good relationship," Rummenigge told Sport1 and added:
"I just believe that at the end of the day, it's our job to steer the team, the coach and everyone in the right direction, so that we'll hopefully hold the championship trophy in our hands next Saturday.
"I'm not a friend of these guarantees, and neither am I a fan of only praising the players and the coach," he said.
Later on Saturday evening, Salihamidzic told ZDF that the coach has his 'full support' and that 'the facts speak in favor of Niko Kovac'.
But when the Bayern sporting director was repeatedly asked if Kovac will remain coach next season, he didn't want to guarantee anything.
"We'll see," Salihamidzic said and added:
"In these times, when we can achieve a lot and win two titles, we're well advised not to waste our energy on considerations about personnel."
