Hoffenheim land new striker

Sargis Adamyan has become Hoffenheim's first summer signing.

Hoffenheim have confirmed the signing of Sargis Adamyan who will make the move to PreZero Arena from 2. Bundesliga side SSV Jahn Regensburg.

The Armenian international, who has scored 15 goals and made 11 assists in 33 games this season, has put pen to paper on a contract until 2022 with Hoffenheim.


"Sargis has attracted attention in the second league at Jahn Regensburg with his extraordinary speed and outstanding statistics," Hoffenheim director of football Alexander Rosen said, as quoted by the club.

"He's a very exciting player who fully embraces the role as a contender, and I believe that he'll be a real surprise in the new season," he added.

Sargis Adamyan is Hoffenheim's first summer signing ahead of the new season.
