According to Sport Bild, Borussia Dortmund, Atlético Madrid and Tottenham are all in the race for the 23-year-old, and they have all been in contact with Brandt's father and agent, Jürgen.
Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus were previously interested in the German international, but have both pulled out of the race, as per the report.
Brandt has admitted that apart from the Bundesliga, there are two leagues that he finds particularly appealing. And based on Sport Bild's information, it's likely that he's referring to the Spanish La Liga and the English Premier League.
"There are, of course, larger clubs than Leverkusen that have their appeal. In addition to the Bundesliga, there are two leagues that are interesting," Brandt told Sport Bild.
According to Sport Bild, Brandt will 'probably leave' if Leverkusen miss out on Champions League qualification.
The 23-year-old, who has a reported €25 million release clause in his contract, has made it clear numerous times that reaching the Champions League is extremely important to him.
Leverkusen are currently sitting fifth in the Bundesliga and are behind fourth-placed Borussia Mönchengladbach on goal difference.
