VfB Stuttgart have announced their second summer signing: 22-year-old Atakan Karazor joins the club from Holstein Kiel.

The defensive midfielder has put pen to paper on a deal that runs until the summer of 2023.

"I would like to thank those responsible at VfB for the trust they put in me. I want to repay this trust as soon as possible with good performances in the VfB jersey," Karazor said, as quoted by VfB Stuttgart.

Karazor has made 21 appearances in the 2. Bundesliga this season, scoring two goals and making two assists.

Last week, 18-year-old Mateo Klimowicz was revealed as Stuttgart's first signing ahead of the 2019/20 season.
