Report: Leroy Sané could 'quite possibly' join Bayern

There is a real possibility that Bayern München could sign Leroy Sané from Manchester City, according to Kicker.
Bayern München president Uli Hoeness recently said that the club still want to make changes to their squad, but that further deals are unlikely to cost more than the €80 million record fee that the Bavarians paid for Atlético Madrid's Lucas Hernandez.

However, according to Kicker, it's not out of the question that Bayern could sign a player who could turn out to be even more expensive - Manchester City's Leroy Sané who has struggled to maintain a regular spot in the starting eleven this season.

The German news outlet claims that the 23-year-old could 'quite possibly' soon be joining Bayern München, and that Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola should be willing to let him go.

Guardiola recently told reporters that he wants to keep the German international, though.

"With Leroy we are one and a half years trying to sign his [new] contract. We want him. If you want to extend his contract, it's because you want him. You're not going to extend his contract because you don't want him," he said, according to The Telegraph.

Sané's contract with Manchester City runs until 2021. He has netted 16 times and made 18 assists in 47 appearances this season.
