Report: James Rodriguez has made a decision on his future

Apparently, Bayern München are set to say goodbye to James Rodriguez in the summer.
James Rodriguez has decided that he wants to leave Bayern München in the summer, Sky Germany reports.

The offensive midfielder has spent the last two seasons on loan at Bayern from Real Madrid. His loan deal runs out in the summer, but Bayern could trigger a €42 million releause clause to sign him permanently.

However, according to Sky, James Rodriguez doesn't see his future in Munich and has informed the club that he wants to leave Bayern in the summer.

It's highly unlikely that Bayern would trigger the release clause to sign a player that wants to leave. An official decision will be made after Saturday's DFB-Pokal final against RB Leipzig.

The 27-year-old's contract with Real Madrid runs until 2021. He has been linked with a move to Juventus in recent months.
