Mario Götze has experienced both highs and lows in his career so far - and that's normal, says Michael Ballack.

Mario Götze seems to be on his way back to top form after having struggled to replicate the performances of his past for a while.
The 27-year-old made his breakthrough for both Dortmund and Germany with a bang at a very early age, and former German international Michael Ballack says it's understandable that he has found it hard to cope with the expecations.
"Mario Götze seems to have found his way after having problems for a while which is normal. He was very young when we made his debut for the national team and when he scored the decisive goal for Germany in the world cup final. Everything happened very quickly for him. He didn't have the time and experience to reflect on everything at an early age," Ballack said in an interview with Sport Bild.
Götze scored seven goals and made seven assists in 34 appearances for Borussia Dortmund during the 2018/19 season.
