Serge Gnabry has known many of his teammates in the German national team since he was a youngster. Therefore, he says, "it sometimes feels like playing for the U21s again".

"I know a lot of players here whom I played with in my youth. We're all fairly young and very familiar with each other," the 23-year-old told reporters at a press conference.

"We'll see who will take charge. We have a lot of leaders, and they will step forward," he added.

Gnabry was also asked to comment on the rumors linking his teammate in the national team Leroy Sané with a move to Bayern München.

"I would love to have him at Bayern. I enjoy playing with him a lot, and he would be an enrichment for us," Gnabry said.
