Florian Neuhaus not interested in leaving Gladbach

Florian Neuhaus says he's not keen on leaving Borussia Mönchengladbach at the moment.
Borussia Mönchengladbach midfielder Florian Neuhaus has underlined he's not interested in leaving the club this summer.

Asked if there has been any inquiries for him after he played for Germany at the European Under-21 Championship, Neuhaus told Kicker:

"I don't know if there has been any. But I'm not keen on leaving or dealing with any inquiries."

Neuhaus' deal with Gladbach runs until 2021, and he's not currently concerned about a contract extension either.

"This has not been a big issue so far - and it isn't for me at the moment. I'll concentrate on the sporting side of things for now. I'm looking forward to my first European games with Borussia Mönchengladbach," he said.

The 22-year-old scored five goals and made 11 assists in 35 appearances for Gladbach during the 2018/19 season.
